We're not going to skip over your inner world to get to a place of change—we're going to understand it.

How I Work

This is a space where you don’t have to “perform” therapy. You can show up as you are, whether that means jumping right in or taking your time to find the words. You’re welcome to bring in whatever helps you feel more comfortable — drawing, crocheting, snacking, sipping coffee (you’ll probably find me doing the same).

I pay close attention to what’s happening beneath the surface and the different parts of you that show up, even in everyday moments. As we talk, we might start to notice patterns or parts coming forward, and we’ll get curious about them together.

  • feel things deeply and wonder if you’re “too much”

  • feel hard on yourself or like you’re not “enough”

  • carry guilt or shame that’s hard to shake

  • tend to put others first and struggle to know what you need or want

  • feel stuck in patterns in relationships and aren’t sure how to change them

  • have distance or tension in your relationship with a parent or family member

  • are trying to make sense of past relationships that felt harmful, unhealthy, or left a lasting impact

  • know that you’ve been through things (whether in childhood or later in life) that still affect you now

  • feel unsure of who you are, or like you lost touch with yourself somewhere along the way

We might be a good fit if you…

You don’t have to check every box. If some of this feels familiar, that’s enough.

Recovery After Abusive Relationships

I have a background in supporting people who have survived abusive relationships (romantic, familial, friendship, or otherwise) and have been working with survivors since 2018. I deeply understand the lasting impacts of abuse, including physical, sexual, and emotional harm. With compassion and respect for the courage it takes to heal, I am here to support you in rebuilding safety, trust, and a stronger sense of self.

Areas of Interest

Healing From Childhood Wounds

Childhood experiences — including emotional abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse — deeply shape how we see ourselves and relate to the world. Family of origin trauma can leave a lasting impact on your sense of safety, trust, and identity. I work with individuals healing from these early wounds, supporting you as you reclaim your story and rebuild your sense of self.
