I am an out-of-network provider, so all sessions are paid out-of-pocket at the time of service.

While I am an LSWAIC and not contracted with insurance, I can provide “superbills” — monthly itemized statements you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to find out whether services with an associate-level provider are eligible for coverage under your plan.
